Meknes is one of Moroccoβs four imperial cities, located in the north-central region. Known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful architecture, it was founded by Sultan Moulay Ismail in the 17th century, who made it the capital of his kingdom. He adorned it with massive walls, majestic gates, and grand palaces. Some of its main landmarks include: βοΈ Bab Mansour β one of the most stunning historical gates in North Africa. π The Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail β a spiritual and architectural masterpiece. π° Dar El Mekhzen Palace and El Bahira Palace π΄ The Royal Stables β famous for housing hundreds of horses. π§± The Old Medina, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. π Curriculum
Our center follows a comprehensive curriculum designed to develop studentsβ skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, using modern and interactive teaching methods. The program is tailored to meet the needs of learners at all levels, from beginner to advanced.
π Official Textbook
We use the renowned textbook by Dr. Mahmoud Al-Batal, titled Al-Kitaab fii Taβallum al-βArabiyya (The Book for Learning Arabic).
This textbook is one of the most widely adopted resources for teaching Arabic as a foreign language around the world. It is known for its progressive and learner-friendly approach, designed to accommodate learners from various linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

When a student registers at the center, they are required to take a placement test. The test includes:

π Test Date: One week before the start of each session. The test can be taken in person at the center.

Class Schedule
π General Lesson Overview
Each unit begins with a general description of the lessonβs goals, vocabulary, and grammar focus. Lessons include group and individual activities as well as interactive exercises.

Intensive Summer Session: Begins in July
π Each session lasts between 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the course type and number of chosen subjects.

At Dar Al-Lugha, we offer flexible pricing based on the type of class and additional activities. Whether you're looking for group interaction or personalized attention, we have options that suit your goals and budget. π Lesson Rates: Group Classes (6β10 students): π΅ $30 per hour per student Semi-Private Classes (2 students): π΅ $50 per hour per student Private One-on-One Classes: π΅ $70 per hour Discounts are available for long-term enrollment or full-course packages. πΊοΈ Activities & Excursions: We believe in learning beyond the classroom! Students can participate in cultural excursions and activities organized by the center. Local Excursions (with a guide): π΅ From $15 to $30 per trip (depending on the destination and duration) Excursions (without a guide): π΅ From $10 to $20 All excursions include transportation and entrance fees when applicable. π Note: Activity costs are optional and are not included in the course tuition.
